Is there a cost to join?

No. The affiliate program is completely free. You can join immediately after creating a Verflux account (even a free trial account).

When do I get my commission?

Your commission is credited to your pending balance the moment a referred user's payment is confirmed. For Stripe/PayPal, this is instant. For manual payments (Easypaisa/JazzCash), it's when our team verifies the transaction.

What if someone signs up on the free trial and upgrades later?

Your commission is tracked. When they upgrade — whether it's one day or three months later — you earn your 10% automatically. No action required on your part.

What is the minimum payout?

$100 USD. Once your pending balance reaches this threshold, a "Request Payout" button appears in your affiliate dashboard.

How long do referral cookies last?

Referral codes are stored in the user's browser session and also associated with their account when they register. There is no expiry on tracked conversions — if they registered using your link, you will earn the commission whenever they pay.

Can I promote Verflux on social media?

Yes. You can share your affiliate link on any platform — LinkedIn, X, ResearchGate, WhatsApp, Telegram, personal blog, email newsletters, YouTube, etc. The only restriction is paid advertising on search engines or platforms that explicitly prohibit affiliate ads.

What happens if a referred user gets a refund?

If a referred user is refunded within 14 days and the refund is granted (as per our refund policy), the corresponding commission is reversed from your pending balance.

Can I refer colleagues in Pakistan?

Yes. Researchers in Pakistan can pay via Easypaisa or JazzCash, and they still get the 5% discount. Your commission is the same regardless of payment method.

Affiliate Terms & Conditions

Last updated: May 2025. By joining the Verflux Affiliate Program, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

The Verflux Affiliate Program is open to any registered Verflux user aged 18 or older. You may join even on a free trial account. Employees and immediate family members of the Verflux team are not eligible.

2. Commission Structure

Affiliates earn 10% of the base plan price for each successful paid referral.
The base plan price is the listed price before any discounts, including the 5% referral discount given to the referee.
Commissions apply to first-time plan purchases only. If a user upgrades from a lower-tier paid plan, commission applies to the full new plan price.
Commission rates may be adjusted at the admin's discretion on a per-affiliate basis.

3. Referral Tracking

Referrals are tracked via your unique referral link or code.
When a user registers using your link, their account is permanently associated with your affiliate ID.
If they sign up on a free trial and later upgrade, your commission is credited at the time of their paid purchase — with no time limit.
Each user can only be attributed to one affiliate. First-click attribution applies.

4. Payout Policy

Minimum payout threshold: $100 USD.
Payouts are processed within 5 business days of a verified request.
Payouts are made via your chosen method: PayPal, Bank Transfer, Wise, Revolut, JazzCash, or Easypaisa.
PKR payouts (JazzCash/Easypaisa) use the market exchange rate on the day of processing.
Verflux reserves the right to hold payouts pending investigation if fraud or abuse is suspected.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Self-referrals — you may not use your own referral link to purchase a plan.
Misrepresentation of Verflux features, pricing, or affiliate terms.
Spam, unsolicited emails, or mass messaging in violation of applicable law.
Paid search advertising using Verflux brand terms without prior written approval.
Creating fake accounts or simulated traffic to generate fraudulent commissions.

6. Commission Reversal

Commissions may be reversed in the following situations: (a) the referred user receives a refund within 14 days; (b) the referred user's account is terminated for fraud or Terms of Use violation; (c) the commission was generated through prohibited conduct.

7. Program Changes and Termination

Verflux reserves the right to modify the commission rate, payout threshold, or any terms of the affiliate program with 30 days' notice to active affiliates. We may terminate an affiliate account immediately for violations of these terms, in which case any pending commissions may be forfeited.

8. Relationship

Affiliates are independent from Verflux. Participation in the affiliate program does not create an employment, partnership, or agency relationship. Affiliates are responsible for any taxes applicable to their commission income in their jurisdiction.
