If Verflux experiences a critical technical failure that prevents you from accessing core features for more than 72 consecutive hours, and the issue is on our side, you are entitled to a full refund. Contact us within 30 days of the incident.
If you were charged more than once for the same plan (e.g. due to a technical error), the duplicate charge will be refunded in full, immediately upon verification. Contact us with your transaction IDs.
If your payment was processed successfully but your account was not upgraded — and this is confirmed by our records — you will receive either a full refund or immediate plan activation, at your choice.
We strongly encourage using the free 3-day trial before purchasing. If you purchased a paid plan without first using the trial and contact us within 7 days of purchase, we will review your case. Refunds in this scenario are at our discretion and typically granted if you have not made significant use of the paid features.
If you purchased Verflux using institutional or grant funding that was subsequently revoked or subject to procurement restrictions, contact us. We handle academic funding situations with flexibility and will work to find an appropriate solution.
Because Verflux plans are lifetime purchases (not subscriptions), and because a free trial is available before purchase, refunds are generally not provided for change-of-mind after the platform has been actively used. "Actively used" means running analyses, importing studies, or generating outputs on a paid plan.
Accounts suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms of Use are not eligible for refunds.
If your manual payment cannot be verified (e.g. incorrect transaction ID provided, payment sent to wrong number), we are unable to activate your plan or issue a refund until verification is established. Please ensure you send payment to the correct number listed at checkout and submit an accurate transaction ID.

We review all refund requests within 3–5 business days and respond with a decision. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment method and bank.
Verflux plans are lifetime one-time purchases. There is no concept of a recurring subscription to cancel. If you purchased a higher-tier plan and wish to have the difference refunded (e.g. you purchased Professional but only need Starter features), contact us — we will consider this on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.
All refunds are issued in USD. For PKR payments made via Easypaisa or JazzCash, refunds are processed in PKR at the prevailing exchange rate at time of refund. Payment processing fees charged by Stripe or PayPal (typically 2–3%) may be deducted from refunds in cases where the refund is granted as a goodwill gesture rather than due to a platform error.
We genuinely want to resolve any issue you have with Verflux. If something is not working as expected, please contact us before requesting a refund — in many cases, we can fix the problem immediately.
